Supporting the Youth, Transforming Lives
Our youth is at the heart of everything we do.
Supportive Services for Emancipated Foster Youth in San Diego, CA, and Beyond
Our organization is proud to provide housing and supportive services for emancipated foster youth in San Diego, CA, and surrounding areas, including Riverside, Orange County, and Los Angeles. At My Brother’s Keeper Transitional Housing, we strive to empower youth between the ages of 18-25 who are aging out of foster care, helping them navigate the transition to independent living with a strong foundation of support, guidance, and resources.
We understand that successful transitions for foster youth require strong collaboration across various sectors. We work closely with social workers, Health and Human Services (HHS), child welfare agencies, nonprofits, and counties across California to provide comprehensive support.

Our approach is participant-centered—our youth are at the heart of everything we do. As trusted partners, we deliver personalized, relevant, and customized services to each participant, ensuring they receive the support that best fits their journey toward independence.
Connectivity
We believe in the power of connectivity—connecting our youth with vital resources, opportunities, and guidance throughout their journey. Whether it’s securing stable housing or gaining employment skills, we are committed to providing our participants with the connections they need to succeed.
Impact
We act today with tomorrow in mind, working to ensure long-term housing stability, financial independence, and a brighter future for every participant. We are dedicated to making a difference, not just for the youth we serve today but for future generations to come.
